It has been successfully integrated into coaching models such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) principles, and is increasingly used in corporate, personal, educational, and corporate settings. At Headway Social Services, our mindfulness-informed coaching sessions help individuals develop greater self-awareness, manage emotional reactivity, and foster inner calm.
